JRM mentions Blessed be Drudgery in two of his works, Making the Most of Life and The Ministry of Comfort, but he fails to mention the author.

Blessed be Drudgery was first published circa 1886 as a pamphlet containing only the first chapter. Later publishers added more chapters.

Paula's edition has was published by
Samuel Bagster & Sons Limited,
15 Paternoster Row,
London. It has no date.

Bagster has a motto Multae terricolis linguae, coelestibus una
which translates to:
Books have many languages, heaven only one.
